"I was coerced into going to m first Tang Soo Do class, at the age of 46, and was convinced I wouldn't like it.

How wrong I was

I worked my way through the belts until I got my Black Belt. Every grading I passed gave me a buzz I had never felt before and it also has given me a new outlook on life, and all because I was told to at least give it a go.
